Dr Ellis Pecen is a Performance Psychologist and Chartered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience coaching professionals in high-pressure environments. She has worked with athletes, performers, executives, employees and entrepreneurs seeking sustained high performance, stress and energy management, productivity,
resilience, and burnout prevention. She holds a PhD in Performance Psychology, which specialised in applied psychological skills training.
Ellis has a professional background in performance and her particular interest lies in wellbeing and performance at work. She has worked in organisational performance, sports, entertainment, and education, both in an advisory and applied capacity.
Ellis has experience in research, program design and delivery, as well as client-facing work in groups and one-to-one settings. She was also a supervisor in Performance Psychology at the University of Edinburgh and a Lead Lecturer in Psychology and Health Sciences for Boston University.
