Her focus is to support individuals in finding their purpose, and boldly act on it with authenticity.
Fukuko has coached leaders from various organisations ranging from start-ups to MNCs, such as Siemens, Nike, Haeco, Delivery Hero, WeWork, and various start-ups based in Asia.
"Fukuko brings energy to the workshop in a way that is compassionate, yet challenging. In her stakeholder buy-in workshop, I was able to identify the various criteria I can use to determine what I may be assuming about the stakeholder in my engagements. It allowed me to challenge my preconceived notions and helped me recognise the importance of building relationships before engaging in the project itself." - Zoe Toh, Daily Motion
